Thank you! In response to your question about youth communicating face-to-face since COVID, I think if we look at some of the effects of remote learning over time, we may get an indication of some of the possible effects and how this might affect our future leaders. After conducting some research, I found the following; • Communication and teamwork skills are critical to being a good leader, but due to the remote learning environment, most likely those skills will not be fully developed and will likely be negatively impacted in their ability to lead • Due to a lack of in-person interactions, social skills development will be impacted negatively, and we can only assume this will again negatively impact their ability to lead Even after considering the two points above, I have confidence that enough time will have passed for our future leaders to recover from the effects of COVID and remote learning and be good leaders! For those seeking to be good leaders, through Structured Leadership Programs, Educational and Academic Combinations, Mentorship and Networking, and Cultivating Social and Environmental Responsibility, they will do fine… Thanks again!

Great convo! Pardon if I missed it, but what about youth who have stopped communicating face-2-face since covid? Communication with youth who were in school during covid don’t seem to have relationship or communication skills unless they’re in front of a keyboard. Thoughts on how this will play out with our country when these youth start running our country?
